Make an appointment
The CNWL Club Drug Clinic provides treatment to people who live in the London boroughs of Hammersmith and Fullham, Kensington and Chelsea and Westminster.
If you live outside of these areas we would recommend that you either:
- Contact your local substance misuse service via your GP or you can search for a local service on the NHS Choices website
- If you identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual or transgender you can access support from our partner service Antidote.
- It may also be possible for you to arrange individual funding for treatment with us via your GP service. You can discuss this with your GP.

What happens when I get in touch?
After you get in touch with us we’ll ask you to fill in our initial assessment form, either over the phone or online. This will give us some background details about you and your drug use. Once we’ve got this, we’ll then be able to offer you an assessment with one of the team at the Club Drug Clinic. This will be one or two sessions where we can meet you, get to know you properly and plan a way forward.
